Metro Bank is planning to open a new customer contact centre above its store located in Bristol Shopping Quarter, creating 50 jobs.
The site will be Metro Bank’s first contact centre to open in the South West. It will be used to support Metro Bank’s customers with questions relating to its products and services, and will also offer 24/7 support for urgent queries.
Aisling Kane, chief operating officer at Metro Bank, said: “We’re thrilled to be opening a brand new contact centre in the heart of Bristol and expanding our telephony service regionally.”
The new space is set to open in March next year.
