Steve Bluff

Steve leads the Broadmead BID team, developing the strategy for the project themes and overseeing their implementation. His primary objective is to deliver value for money to the levy payers.
In June 2019, Steve was awarded the Certificate in BID Management with Merit. Steve’s research study explored the feasibility of implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for the Broadmead BID, comparing and contrasting several products. As a result the BID started to use BIDBase, a powerful online database system designed specifically for UK BIDs. This will allow the team to record vital information about levy-payers: who they are, how they interact with our BID and what the team is doing for them.
