In September we teamed up with Dr.Martens to give away a pair of their iconic boots or shoes in a competition that was launched in our eNewsletter and promoted widely on social media. It was one of our most successful competitions to date, achieving almost 5,000 entries. Launch day saw the second highest number of individual sessions on the Bristol Shopping Quarter website ever, with most people visiting other pages as well as the competition – traffic remained high throughout the 10 days that the competition ran. It was a great way of promoting the Dr. Martens shop in Broadmead and drawing attention to Bristol Shopping Quarter more generally. The winner was Jonathan Newby who chose a pair of boots as his prize.
