The Head of Broadmead BID, Vivienne Kennedy, is often invited to take part in interviews for local print and digital press as well as radio and television, particularly when retail in general, or Bristol Shopping Quarter in particular, is in the news.

In the past few months Vivienne has spoken to Bristol Live, Bristol World, Radio Bristol, BBC Points West and ITV News West Country on a variety of topics including post-Covid recovery, the closure of M&S, and things for families to do for free at Easter (the Magnificent Meerkat trail). The BID’s policy is to emphasise the positive, being realistic while also relentlessly optimistic, and to present challenges as opportunities.

Vivienne has also been interviewed for an episode of The Elves of the Visitor Economy podcast, talking a bit about the, somewhat unconventional, route she has taken to reach her current role, but more about Bristol Shopping Quarter post-Covid.
