In March 2021, we worked with Visit Bristol to run a competition, giving away eight prizes from their online shop. The objective was to raise awareness of the shop but also to increase the open rate of the BSQ March newsletter and attract new subscribers for future editions.
The competition ran from 4 to 16 March and attracted 3,673 entries. We gained 500 new subscribers, many of whom also agreed to be contacted by Visit Bristol.
Launched in our newsletter, the competition was also promoted via a paid Facebook post and multiple posts on Twitter and Instagram.
