Multi award-winning place promotion app LoyalFree, and partner of Broadmead BID, has expanded their ‘Give As You Save’ charity initiative to support the NSPCC, the UK’s leading children’s charity.
The ‘Give As You Save’ charity initiative donates 1p to charity every time a loyalty stamp is collected on the app in any of the 25 towns and cities across England and Scotland currently using the app. So far the initiative has led to donations of over £1,400 to worthy causes across the UK.
Sophie Hainsworth, Co Founder of LoyalFree says: ‘‘We know that Covid-19 and the lockdowns restrictions have been distressing for many children and families across the UK and so we wanted to support the work the NSPCC does to help. I would encourage everyone to download the LoyalFree app and start giving as they save!’’
The NSPCC adds: ‘Everything we do protects children today, prevents abuse tomorrow and transforms society to make child abuse a thing of the past. We’ve made 5 million children safer from abuse in the last three years but this simply wouldn’t have been possible without the kind support of organisations like LoyalFree.’’
App users can collect loyalty stamps at many of their favourite businesses in the BID area.
LoyalFree will continue to donate to the NSPCC until April 2021, before moving the campaign to support another wonderful charity.
