Survey on skills gaps and training needs facing businesses

Wavehill, a social and economic research company, are conducting research into the skills needs of businesses (particularly SMEs) and barriers faced in providing training, to gather information that will help the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to shape and deliver their skills strategies. The evidence will also be used to create a greater understanding by the LEP of what interventions may be needed in the future.

Wavehill have developed a survey for employers in the West of England region, with more than 3 employees, to collect data on the skills needs of businesses. Please click HERE to answer the survey. It will take around 15 minutes depending on answers. Closing date is on 30 April 2020.
